Platform Live tracking & journey history
Retrace the day.
With context.
Replay an operator’s recorded day alongside their allocated sites. Location shows where the operator’s phone was. The work record shows what was done. Part of the Operations plan.
- Revisit a moment. Move back through a recorded day to see where a crew was at a given time.
- See your sites. The replay map shows the operator’s allocated sites.
- Location is not the work. Location shows where the operator’s phone was. The work record shows what was done.
How it works
Movement adds context.
It does not complete the job.
Tracking starts when the operator clocks on
Positions are kept only while the operator is clocked on, and never after the daily cut-off time the organisation sets.

Your questions
What you need to know.
Is this included in every plan?
No. Live tracking and journey history are part of the Operations plan.
Does location alone confirm a site was mowed?
No. Location history shows where the operator’s phone was. Whether the work was done is answered by the work record and its evidence.
Can operators see each other’s locations?
No. An operator cannot see another operator’s position or journey.
Who can see the live map?
Owners, admins and managers. Journey history is limited to owners and admins.
When is tracking active?
While the operator is clocked on. Nothing is captured after the daily cut-off time your organisation sets.
How far back can I replay?
As far back as location history is kept. The default is 90 days, and an organisation can set it between 7 and 730 days.
Can I switch between map and satellite?
Yes. The Live and History maps have a Map and Satellite switch, and your choice is remembered in your browser.
